Request 1: Critical Role Campaign 2 fic -- I'd really love something in a less conventional format: 5+1 (or 2/3/4 +1) things, epistolary, something Jester scribbled in the margins of Caleb's spellbook, honestly anything a little out of the ordinary! I like literally every ship between two or more members of the Nein, as well as gen. I have some prompts in my past exchange letters that might be useful.
Fic DNWs: ageplay, age regression, aged-down characters, underage (under 18); a/b/o; crossovers; writing canonically non-human characters as human, even in AU fic
Request 2: I would love a sketch or doodle of my Dragon Age Warden, Sulaine Surana. She's an unrepentant blood mage who believes she was divinely chosen to stop the Blight; everything she does is done with sincerity, but is highly questionable. She romanced Leliana and survived the Blight.
She's an elf with long, straight black hair, parted in the middle. She tends to wear fairly ornate, striking robes -- blues with silver, reds with gold -- the canon robes most suited to her aesthetic are these, though she'd prefer something longer. (Grey Warden robes are also great!) I don't have a reference sheet done up yet, but I've used Devon Aoki as a reference for her before.

Request 3: Recs for Original Works on AO3! I'm mainly looking for long, plotty and/or tropey stuff, regardless of genre. Any rating is good, and I read any gender combination for pairings.

Request 4: DW icons -- I would love a Detective Pikachu icon (any Pokemon or location from the movie), a Critical Role icon (preferably Caduceus or Jester), or any icon with neon lights.
Request 5: Your favourite recipe that takes ten minutes or less to prepare! I really hate cooking and spending more time than that to prepare something makes me miserable, but consequently I default to making the same few things all the time and I'm a little bored. Any length cooking time is fine, and any ingredients are fine -- I have some food restrictions but I have substitutions for them all.
Additional Information: I'm not a Christmas fan (though I do love the lights!) and would prefer nothing Christmas-focused. For my Critical Role and Dragon Age requests I'm happy for canonical holidays (Winter's Crest, Wintersend, etc) to appear, though!

Date: 2019-12-31 04:58 pm (UTC)These roasted tomatoes are 30 seconds to make and go with almost anything.
Take lots of whole small tomatoes, and put them in a roasting pan (small if you can, so everything snugs up close). Scatter over 2tbsps oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1tsp ground cumin, 1tsp sugar, a little salt and pepper. Add lots of unpeeled garlic cloves if you like garlic. Maybe chili or some harissa if you like it. Thyme if you want it a bit herby. Put the pan into a fairly hot oven (Gas Mark 6, 200 degrees C, 400 F). Leave for 40-45 minutes, till it’s kind of blistered and blackened around the edges. Squish a bit. (Take out the garlic peel, the cloves will be squishy.)
You can:
- Serve on toast. With cheese if you like.
- Stir into pasta
- Put on a baked potato
- Eat with houmous, and alongside grilled meat if you like that
- Eat with cooked green things like spinach or raw green things like watercress or rocket (arugula)
- Serve with plain yoghurt, possibly with green things mixed in.
- Eat with rice and any of the options above.
Seriously, it’s very adaptable, and super tasty. And it’s ideal for home-from-work, no faffing food.
