Oh, this is glorious! I love the sound of every single dish, and I can really see how well this would all work together. I also really enjoyed your description of the preparation and consumption of this beautiful spread of food — it really evoked that chaotic, warm, ravenous Christmas gathering feeling well, and I almost felt as if I were there in the room.
