Thank you - and Frohe Weinachten back! I do know some German traditions, but it's really patchy, as I never met any of my German relatives. Now I'm just a tourist when I visit, so some things (Christmas markets, obviously) are really well known and other things (Christmas Eve potato salad) I just did not know. So this is fascinating!
