That couple in bed together are completely new to me, I've never seen a scene like it. And yes, sexy Cranach ladies are very much of a piece with my mental image too. There were definitely 15th century nudes which are now lost (Jan van Eyck painted some, they are in inventories), so why not some intrepid earlier artist?
